Thank you for your custom. Inflationary pressures are still affecting all markets and the standard annual price increase in the telecoms market is the equivalent of 11%. It is something we have needed to look at but would like to minimise as much as possible.

As such, from 1st April 2026 monthly subscription prices will increase by 3.38% net of VAT for connections that are outside of their fixed term contract. Compared with residential providers, this is a modest amount. In most cases this will amount to a couple of pounds a month per connection net of VAT.
