Thank you for your custom. Just to let you know that from 1st April 2025 monthly subscription prices for connections that are outside of their fixed term contract will increase by 2.91% net of VAT. For leased lines the increase will be 7.91% net of VAT. Compared with residential providers, this is a modest amount.

There will be no increase for connections that are within their fixed term contract.

If your connection is outside the fixed term period, please feel free to get in touch and we will review the solution and look at what new technology is available to the property.

Where there is outdated technology in place and the service still relies on a separate phone line, charges will increase by £6 per connection per month as industry costs are rising in this area as these types of connections are being phased out. This only affects a small number of customers. Again, please get in touch and we can look at what new technology is available.
