These are obviously very testing times for everyone, so we thought we’d update everyone with a coronavirus update. We regard ourselves very fortunate that we don’t foresee any issues with the service we provide other than making sure that we check whether any tenants are self-isolating prior to organising an engineer visit for a new installation or repair. We can easily flex our administrative systems and processes to working remotely with the same service levels. It’s business as usual.
I think now is a time for helping landlords and property organisations in making sure they have everything they need to support their tenants during this difficult time and giving a coronavirus update on how we can be of assistance and when along the way.
