I am sure you can shop around and find something slightly cheaper but not something betterI have over 20 years experience as a property investor and developer and have used Landlord Broadband for 3-4 yearsI have used several different WiFi providers (I have many properties!)None has even come close to the level of service you get from Landlord BroadbandWhat do I care if I save £2 a month if when I have an issue or problem the WiFi provider is not there to help or takes hours (let alone days or weeks!) to come back to meSaving £2 and loosing £xxx is a false economy that any serious and successful property investor understandsIf all my service providers were half as good as Landlord broadband I would save hours and every single day!

Great experience with Landlord Broadband! It has worked amazingly in our 9 bed HMO for 5 years - we only had issues 3 times in 5 years! Best setup ever! Professional, great service and they have a direct number that tenants can call if they can't connect. Installation and the engineer visit when we had a problem a couple of years ago were easy to organise, and went ahead with no issues. I would definitely recommend them.

As landlords, we've been using Landlord Broadband for two years and all of our tenants have been really pleased with it. Recently had a new installation that had a couple of minor issues but these were resolved very quickly and professionally by Tom in operations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have been using Landlord Broadband since its installation in my properties in the Medway Basin since November 2019 - before I used to get lots of complaints of "not enough speed" and "blind spots" from my tenants - once installed there has not been a single complaint - indeed during the pandemic, when everyone was working from home, there were no complaints - in fact every one was very happy with the service provided. I can only compliment Landlord Broadband on a fantastic job maintaining the vastly improved service from Day 1 - I cannot recommend them highly enough

I have been a landlord of student properties for many years and can honestly say that Landlord Broadband made a huge difference to the management of our portfolio.Previously we had used non specialist broadband providers including several of the big names. None of them were able to provide a consistent service.Landlord Broadband dealt with installation quickly and efficiently. The students deal directly with the 24 hour helpline if they have any problems. There have in fact been very few problems due to the quality of the service provided. I think they have had to deal with two issues over the past 5 years or so. Previously we would have continuous problems to deal with. I should add that I consider them to be very good value for money.In summary, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. While it may not be the cheapest broadband one can find, we prefer it because we know that our tenants (students) can call LB direct if there are any problems, and we don't have to get involved, which gives great piece of mind. Early on there was an issue getting a good signal on top floor of our t3-storey house, but LB sorted this out very professionally and with no fuss.

I use Landlord Broadband in two properties that I rent out and the students say the service is excellent. They have had had no issues with the broadband speed or connectivity and the one small problem they once had was sorted on-line straight away. For me, there is peace of mind knowing that this is one vital service that runs smoothly and delivers what it says it will and does not need any of my time to keep it updated.

We have been absolutely delighted with Landlord Broadband, with good cause. The local Open Reach box serving one of our properties in Bristol was hit by an arson attack and hundreds of connections severed, including that to our property. It was absolutely nothing to do with Landlord Broadband, but they responded quickly, sent an engineer and sorted out a 'work around' to keep our tenants connected. We, like our tenants, were very impressed. Thoroughly recommend them.

We've had a great experience with Landlord Broadband, and have now installed their services in all of our properties. They take the stress out of managing internet services for our tenants - we've gone from having several calls a month from tenants with issues with their Wifi to zero! In addition to that, their customer service is excellent and they always respond promptly to enquires. I'd thoroughly recommend them.

I have a 6 bedroom professional HMO and part of the project I was wanting to ensure that any wireless system installed at the house was going to be robust. Having talked to a number of colleagues they all experienced issues with managing router issues with dead spots, unstable connections and general complaints from tenants. I am no IT guru so I was looking for a company to ensure a stable system was installed and more importantly manage any ongoing challenges direct with the the tenants. Having selected Landlord Broadband I was dealing with Tom who talked me through the process and I signed up with them 3 years ago and I have not once had a complaint from any of the tenants especially as a number of them had to work from home during the pandemic. 100% better than using a provider and the supplied kit.

We have been using Landlord Broadband for a number of student properties over the past few years and have been impressed with their service. In each case it was easy to set up; problems can almost always be fixed straight away remotely, with a quick phone call from the student or ourselves, and if not, they have tested the line and arranged for an engineer to attend where relevant. Their prices are very reasonable for the level of service.

I have been using Landlord Broadband for nearly 2 years now for my rental properties (student and shared housing). My tenants never mention the broadband, the speeds meet their needs, and on the very odd occasion there has been a glitch, almost never, Landlord Broadband have fixed it quickly with good communication.

I have a Victorian 5 bedroom HMO and originally installed 200mb Virgin Wi-Fi. I was getting almost weekly calls from tenants constantly complaining of luck of coverage and the poor connection. I was on the phone to Virgin myself on a regular basis trying everything to Improve the connectivity without resorting it. I then switched to Landlord Broadband just over 3 years back and the difference was instant. No more phone calls from tenants who are not very happy with the connectivity and customer service . It's so much better than any provider as the tenants can speak to them direct if they are any issues. I now have happy tenants which makes me very happy and I highly recommend them for any HMO or student accommodation.

Internet been unusable for nearly a month but instead of fixing the issue they try their best to gaslight you into thinking your internet is working fine to avoid sending over an engineer. 2 stars instead of 1 because they are quick to respond to emails (though they don't call back after promising they will).

Worst service. WiFi is down from last 7 days. I'm calling the customer support they just take my details and don't bother about the issue I'm having. No one came to check why the WiFi is not working, it's been 7 days very frustrated with this kind of customer support. No update on the situation what is going on to rectify the issue, just take my details and says our second line team will call. When I receive the call they say we have set this work on priority. And for you priority work is not done for 7 days.Emailed them also, they respond after one day and every household is having issues because of this situation.What sort of service is this?

Not impressed with LLBB's response, following a lengthy complete outage. As the outage lasted for over seven weeks, we had to get another BB supplier in, as the lack of service was unacceptable to our tenants and we did not want to lose any of them. These things happen, particularly when a BB provider outsources the underground service. My issue was in being held to the full 24 months of the contract, therefore paying for two services.
